冷冻水系统加装旁通管单向阀的适用性分析

摘要 定流量一级泵——变流量二级泵系统是目前大型公共建筑中主流的冷冻水系统。在这样的系统中,"大流量、小温差"问题不仅会影响冷冻泵能耗,而且会对冷水机组运行造成不利影响。为了避免这种影响,一些冷冻水系统的优化措施被提出,如安装旁通管单向阀。本文分析了加装旁通管单向阀这一改造措施的适用性,并通过算例予以直观的说明。 The constant flow pump variable flow——two pump system is the current mainstream of the chilled water system in large-scale public buildings. In such systems, the problem of "high flow, low temperature difference" will not only affect the refrigeration pump energy consumption, but also can adversely affect water chiller operation. In order to avoid this effect, some optimization measures of chilled water system are presented, such as the installation of bypass valve. This paper analyses this reform measures applicability of adding bypass check valve, intuits and illustrates through examples.
