摘要
本文针对我国重大水利水电中病险工程相关特点,将县城检测和原位检测以及安全定期检查这些成果进行了集成,并提出运行风险中分析的相关基本原理,同时构建出了三层运行相关风险分析中地接层次这一结构体系,建立起融会遗传算法和层次分析法中改进层次的相关分析法,而且对其中风险分析相关程序进行了编制。
This paper aiming at prevention engineering related characteristics of large water conservancy and hydropower in China, integrates the results of county detection and in situ detection and safety check, and puts forward the related basic principle of operational risks, at the same time to build the ground level structure of the system in a three layer of operation risk analysis, establishes the correlational analysis method integrated the genetic algorithm and improved hierarchical of analytic hierarchy process, and makes the formation of risk analysis procedures.
