不同剂量复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床价值探讨

Exploration of the clinical value for different dose of ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets in gestational iron deficiency anemia

目的:探讨不同剂量的复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对于孕妇妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床治疗效果和价值。方法:选取缺铁性贫血孕妇共176例,随机将患者分为常规剂量组和小剂量组两组。结果:两组患者在接受治疗后其血常规指标均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。说明复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血有临床治疗效果。而对比两组患者的临床血常规数据,常规剂量组的患者治疗后的血常规数据与小剂量组患者相比较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者有效率分别为95.5%和93.2%,两组数据对比没有显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论:采用复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片能有效治疗妊娠期的缺铁性贫血,其中常规剂量的患者其临床血常规恢复较快,而小剂量患者则适用于轻度贫血患者。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and value for different doses of the compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets for pregnant women during pregnancy with iron deficiency anemia.Method A total of 176 cases of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were chosen.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,conventional dose group and low dose group.Results The routine blood index had significantly improved for the two groups of patients after receiving treatment,and there were significant differences before and after treatment（P＆lt;0.01）.It showed that the compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets had clinical effects for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia of pregnancy.Compared with the clinical routine blood test data of the two groups of patients,the data of conventional dose group was better than the low dose group,and there was a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.01）.The treatment efficiency rates for the two groups of conventional-dose group and the low-dose group were 95.5% and 93.2%.There was no significant difference compared with these two groups（P＆gt;0.01）.Conclusion The application of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia of pregnancy is effective.The clinical routine blood for conventional dose patients is with faster recovery,small dose patients are suitable for patients with mild anemia.
