妇产科腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的护理比较分析

Comparison and analysis of the nursing care of laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery in obstetrics and gynecology

目的:比较妇产科腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的护理情况。方法:选择2011年11月～2012年5月收治的94例妇产科手术患者作为研究对象,采用传统开腹手术治疗的46例患者作为对照组,采用腹腔镜手术治疗的48例患者作为观察组,均针对手术方案进行护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均明显少于或短于对照组,且观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者的心理状态评分明显优于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科腹腔镜手术具有微创、恢复快等优点,利于护理工作的进行并能够有效提高护理效率,利于患者的康复。

Objective To compare the nursing care data of laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery in obstetrics and gynecology.Method From November 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital,94 patients with obstetrics and gynecology surgery were selected as study object,46 patients were treated with conventional open surgery as control group,48 patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery as observation group,they were nursed according to surgery program,the nursing care effect of two groups were compared.Results The blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the postoperative complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the patient′s mental state score was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology has advantages of minimally invasive,quick recovery,which will help care work carried out,and be able to effectively improve care efficiency,conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
