摘要
目的:探讨心理护理干预在人工流产术患者中的应用。方法:将130例要求人工流产的患者按来院顺序编号分为干预组和对照组,各65例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组除予以常规护理外,还予以手术前、手术中相应的心理护理干预。结果:两组患者疼痛及RAAS的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术中实施有效的心理护理干预可以减轻患者的痛苦,减少人工流产反应综合征的发生。
Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing intervention in the abortion surgery patients.Method 130 cases of patients divided into intervention group and control group retros pectively,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received conventional care.Intervention group recieved psychological nursing intervention before surgery in addition to routine care.Results When those patients were in surgery,differences were significant in incidence of pain and RAAS（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Psychological care intervention alleviated the suffering of patients with the artificial abortion,also reduced the occurrence of abortion response syndrome.
