运用多元文化护理价值取向管理ICU患者

构建多元文化的ICU价值体系,对危重监护实践及成效具有导向性作用,对医护人员理论和技能提高具有积极的促进作用。由于重症监护室(Intensive care uint,ICU)工作的特殊性,其护理模式具有严格的封闭性,当患者从一个熟悉的文化环境来到一个陌生的文化环境,因受到陌生文化的冲击会产生心理和生理上的失衡。所以,身为ICU的护理人员不仅要掌握扎实的理论知识和熟练的急救技术外,还要掌握临床护理涉及的文化冲击,如语言,宗教信仰,饮食习惯,伦理道德和价值观等方面,所以多元文化护理是现代护理发展的必然方向。

Objective To build an ICU value system of multi-cultural to have a guidance role for practice and effect of intense care,and to have a positive effect for promoting theory and skills of medical staff.Because of the specificity of the work in ICU,the nursing model has strict closure.When patients come from a familiar environment to a unfamiliar environment,they will have psychological and physiological imbalance because of the impact by an unfamiliar culture.So,as ICU nurses,they should not only grasp a solid theoretical knowledge and skilled first aid techniques,but also grasp the culture shock involved in clinical care,such as language,religion,eating habits,ethics and values,so the multi-the culture of care is the inevitable trend of development of modern nursing.
