减压蒸馏法提纯烟气生物脱硫硫泥的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 江苏协联热电集团有限公司烟气生物脱硫系统所产生的硫泥由于工艺的特殊性而含有大量的灰分及有机物,导致其直接利用的经济性不高,用途不广。试验研究目的是找到一种简单、经济、安全、环保的硫泥提纯的方法,并能有效的大规模工业化应用。通过系统的优化设计及大量的试验研究,实现了中试规模上的连续稳定运行,验证了该方法的技术、经济可行性。同时得出了最佳的运行参数:反应器内的温度保持在140℃、真空度为-0.08 MPa,反应时间为1 h。提纯出来的硫磺纯度平均为94.21%,提取率平均为94.64%。 Because of the special nature of the process, the Sulfur mud of Flue Gas Bio-desulfurization in Jiangsu Xielian Union Thermo Electron Group Co., Ltd. contains a large amount of ash and organic matter that results in not economic value and not widely used. The purpose of the experimental study is to find a kind of method of Purification of Bio-desulfurization Sulfur mud that is simple, economic, security, environmental and can realize large-scale industrial application. Through the experimental study and a large number of system design optimization, continuous and stable operation was realized in pilot study and the technology, economic feasibility of the method was proved. At the same time, optimal operation parameters were obtained: the temperature of the reactor 140℃, vacuum degree -0.08 MPa, the reaction time 1 h. The average value of purity of sulfur was 94.21%, the average value of extraction efficiency was 94.64%.
