趋磁细菌处理含Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)废水的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了单元体系和二元体系中趋磁细菌对Cu2+,Zn2+的吸附特性,考察了不同因素如溶液的pH值、温度、时间、微生物量等因素对吸附能力的影响。结果表明:趋磁细菌吸附Cu2+,Zn2+最佳操作条件为pH值=5.0、室温、吸附时间2 h、趋磁细菌质量浓度取80 g/L。趋磁细菌对Cu2+,Zn2+的吸附均较好地符合Langmuir模型,在二元竞争吸附体系实验中Cu2+,Zn2+之间有拮抗作用,趋磁细菌优先吸附Zn2+。 Adsorption of Cu2+, Zn2+ ions from aqueous solution by magnetotactic bacteria (MTB) in single and binary systems were investigated. A chief study is carried on the influence on the MTB's absorption of by factors such as pH, temperature, time and quantity of the MTB. The results showed that the best condition of absorbing Cu2+,Zn2+ is pH = 5.0,T = 25 ℃ ,t= 2 h,MTB = 80 g/L. A comparison of different isotherm models revealed that Langmuir model fitted the experimental data best. When Cu2+ and Zn2+ coexist in water, the remove efficiency descend 36.76 % ,24.5 % respectively and MTB adsorb Zn2+ preferentially.
