摘要
对风冷式除渣系统和湿式除渣系统进行了技术经济比较分析,提出了除渣系统的选择建议。针对目前生活垃圾焚烧项目中应用较多的湿式除渣系统,比较了各类型除渣机包括螺旋式、圆盘式、重型框链式、推式及刮板式除渣机在湿式除渣系统中的适用性;优化了传统的水系统设计,通过在除渣机旁安装小型水箱和设置液位连锁控制等措施,实现废液基本不溢流;此外,结合土建面积、处理量、预处理、焚烧工况、综合利用等方面的因素,对渣处理工艺进行了优化选择。
To make a choice of two types of deslagging systems, namely air cooled deslagging system and wet deslagging system, the technical and economical comparison and analysis were carried on. Aiming at the latter one which is applied more in municipal solid waste incineration project, the applicability of the deslagging machines such as spiral type, disc type, heavy box chain type, pushing type and scraper type in wet deslagging system was compared. In order to optimize the traditional water system, a small tank and liquid level transmitter was designed, so that there is no overflow in the deslagging system. In addition, combining with civil engineering area, capacity, pretreatment, incineration condition, comprehensive utilization and so on, optimizing selection of the deslagging process has been made.
