经济的发展带来了诸多环境问题。为了实现可持续发展、人与自然和谐发展的目标,发展低碳经济转变经济的增长方式已经成为解决环境问题的重中之重。发展低碳经济是实现可持续发展的必然选择。中国作为最大的发展中国家,为了地球环境和自身的可持续发展,开始积极发展低碳经济。现今,随着关于PM2.5的讨论,民众对于发展低碳经济的呼声愈发强烈。为了更好的实现低碳经济发展,必须构建健全的低碳经济法律制度。

The development of economy causes many environmental problems. In order to realize the sustainable development and the object of harmonious development between human and nature, the development of low carbon economy and transformation of economic growth mode has become increasingly important to solve environmental problems. Developing low carbo, economy is the essential choice to realize sustainable development. China, as the biggest developing country in the world, has been developing the low-carbon economy vigorously for the protection of the world environment and sustainable development for itself. Nowadays, with the discussion of PM2.5, the voice for law carbon economy becomes louder. In order to achieve a better low carbon economy development, sound legal system of low carbon economy is necessary.
