食品物流监控体系运作模式研究

Research of operation mode in food logistics monitoring system

提出了利用计算机视觉技术构建食品物流监控体系运行模式,并应用于食品生产、加工、储存、运输、销售的全过程。该体系能够使食品行业彻底实施食品的源头追踪,它具有在食品供应链中提供完全透明度的能力。调查发现该方法能够实时监控食品的运输过程,在很大程度上提高了食品的安全性。通过食品物流监控体系的建立,可以有效地对食品物流进行全程监控,并对食品从生产到销售过程中出现的质量问题进行实时处理,减少以至避免对消费者的伤害。

A method is proposed to build a running mode of food logistics monitoring system based on computer vision technology throughout the whole process of food production, processing, storage, transportation and sales. The source tracking of food is realized thoroughly and the food supply chain is totally transparent. It is found by investigation that the method can be used to monitor in real-time the transport of food so that the safety of food is ensured to a large extent. After food logistics monitoring system is established, real-time monitoring of processing of food is realized, to deal with the quality problems appearing from producing to selling and to avoid the harm to consumers.
