现有压力容器作业人员培训考核模拟系统中,在设定操作与实际问题的结合程度、相关知识的覆盖面、培训考核内容和形式的标准化和规范化等方面均存在不足。为了提高压力容器作业人员的技能水平,研制出以蒸压釜为例的操作人员培训考核模拟系统。全面介绍该模拟系统的蒸压釜工艺流程、系统控制以及软、硬件结构,着重阐明设计思想和技术特性。该培训考核模拟系统在培训过程中取得了良好效果。

In present training and testing simulation system for pressure vessel operators,the integration degree of setting operation and practical problems,the coverage of relevant knowledge,and the standardization and normalization of training and testing content and form are deficient.In order to improve the pressure vessel operators＇ skill levels,develops the operators training and testing simulation system with autoclave as an example.Comprehensive introduces the autoclave process,system control,software and hardware structure,highlighting the design idea and technical characteristics.The simulation system has achieved good results in the training.
