摘要
饲料的搬运一直是饲料存储管理中的重要课题,文章研究在AGV小车设计的基础上,对以托盘为单元的自动堆取车的定位技术进行相关研究。通过改进AGV的控制算法,完成小车对不同路径信息的区分处理,实现其在不同位置的自动定位。同时,能够实现对货品在运输线上的批量取货、搬运、到仓库存储位置的自动码放,并且基于图像识别技术,可对货叉高度自动定位,实现对货物的自动取货。
Feed handling has been an important subject of feed in the storage management,in this paper, based on tire AGV car design, the related research on automatic positioning technology staek tray as a unit to take the car. Through the control of improved AGV algorithm, to distinguish different path information of car, realize the automatic positioning of different position. At the same time, can be achieved on the goods in bulk shipping line, handling, delivery to auto- matic stacking warehouse storage location, and based on image recognition technology, the fork height automatic positioning, automatic delivery of goods.
