Analysis and Countermeasures of Climate Change of Jining City in 2012

为了全面准确地了解山东省济宁市2012年的气候变化,引用济宁市2012年各季度的温度、降水量、日照时数与1981-2010年各个季度30年平均温度、降水量与日照时数进行距平分析。结果表明,济宁市2012年冬季气温偏低,降水偏少,光照充足;春季气温偏高,雨量特少,光照稍偏少;夏季高温雨多光照缺;秋季气温偏低,降水偏少,日照偏多。总体而言2012年高温雨少光照总体正常,未出现严重的气象灾害,气象条件总体较好。

To comprehensive understand climate change of Jining City of Shandong Province in 2012, anomaly analysis was carried out by citing each quarter of temperature, precipitation, sunshine time in 2012, and each quarter of average temperature, precipitation and sunshine time of 30 years from 1981 to 2010. The results showed that the winter meteorological condition of Jining City in 2012 had the characteristics of low temperature, less rainfall and sufficient sunlight; the spring meteorological condition had the characteristics of air temperature on the high side, less rainfall and slightly less light; the summer meteorological condition had the characteristics of high temperature, sufficient rain, deficient sunshine; the autumn meteorological condition had the characteristics of low temperature, less rainfall and deficient sunshine. In general, in 2012,the meteorological condition of Jining had the characteristics of high temperature, less rain and normal sunshine, and does not appear serious meteorological disasters. The meteorological condition overall was good.
