摘要
在广泛文献检索基础上,对秋石的种类、制作原料、成分、药理及养生保健价值,使用注意事项等方面进行了概述,为全民养生保健提供科学资料。
On basis of broad literature search, this paper reviewed prepared salt on species, raw material, composition, pharmacology, health value, use the matters needing attention, to provide scientific data for universal health care.
