基于创新培训体系的新型农民培养研究

Study on Cultivation of New Farmers Based on Innovation of Training Systems

不断提高广大农民专业技术水平,创新培训体系,培养新型职业农民,是农广校工作的重要任务。首先分析了农村职业教育和农民培训工作的特点及问题:一是农民基础教育程度相对薄弱;二是农民技能培训投入相对较低;三是农民技能培训和职业教育体制不够完善;四是劳动力流入地与流出地间农民职业教育及培训相脱节。针对上述特点与问题,在农广校如何进一步加大教育培训力度,培养新型职业农民等方面进行了一些探索与思考:一是加强农广校体系建设;二是进一步发挥农民培训的主渠道主阵地作用;三是坚持职业教育与技能培训并重的办学方向;四是切实加强教学管理,提高教学质量;五是以农广校为基地,构建农民创业培训新模式。

Constant promotion of farmers＇ technical skills and innovation of training systems to cultivate new farmers are the key duty of Agricultural Broadcasting and Television Schools. Characteristics of career education and technical training of farmers and such problems as weak elementary education, poor investment, detective training systems and incoherence of training between migrant and immigrant regions were analyzed. According to those problems, some suggestions for Agricultural Broadcasting and Television Schools on promotion of farmers＇ technical ski/Is and cultivation of new farmers were put forward. Firstly, system construction should be improved. Secondly, function of farmers＇ training should be enhanced. Thirdly, career education and technical training should be equally highlighted. Fourthly, training management and quality should be promoted. Fifthly, new approach of farmers＇ enterprising training should be built on base of Agricultural Broadcasting and Television Schools.
