摘要
根据表面传质速率控制的逆流浸取过程,提出多层双锥液固流化床浸除颗粒表面污染物的方法。以龙岗气田水基钻屑为处理对象进行24层串联床模型实验,结果表明当液固比为2.68、平均停留时间256s时,污染物浸除率达98.4%,且钻屑达到无害化堆放标准。
According to the countercurrent leaching process controlled by the surface mass transfer rate,this paper proposes the method of leaching the pollutants on particle surface by the multistage double cone liquid-solid fluidized bed.In Longgang gas field,the water-based drill cuttings are treated in 24-stage series fluidized bed model experiment.The results show that when the liquid-solid ratio is 2.68,the average residence time is 256s,the pollutants leaching rate of 98.4%,and the drilling cuttings reaching the harmless emission standard.
