石油炼制装置中广泛存在硫化氢腐蚀问题,所造成的管道失效问题严重影响正常生产。通过湿硫化氢对材料的环境腐蚀机理、腐蚀形式及影响因素等的分析,综合硫化氢腐蚀的主要影响因素,提出对湿硫化氢腐蚀的防护措施。

The pipeline failure problem caused by the hydrogen sulfide corrosion problems existing extensively in petroleum refining plant has seriously affected the normal production.This paper analyzes the wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion mechanism of the material environment,forms of corrosion and influencing factors.Comprehending the main factors that influence the hydrogen sulfide corrosion,protection measures for the wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion are proposed in the paper.
