近年来水资源消耗量急剧增长,水污染现象越来越严重,生态环境急剧恶化,严重影响了人们的正常生活,阻碍了经济和生态环境的持续发展。根据水资源现状及气候变化进行了探讨分析,提出相关的应对措施。
