锦界电厂3号锅炉双尺度低氮燃烧器的改造

The Modification of Double-scale Low-NO_x Burners at Boiler 3 in JinJie Power Co.Ltd

锦界电厂3号锅炉大修后,通过采用燃尽风(SOFA 7层)与双尺度低NOx燃烧技术相结合的低NOx燃烧系统,实现了NOx排放浓度的明显下降,下降幅度达60%～70%;并有效减少炉膛出口烟温偏差;在NOx排放量得到大幅度降低的同时,燃烧效率未降低。

By adopting 7 floor SOFA and Double-scale Low NOx combustion technique JinJie Power Co.Ltd.＇s boiler 3 after overhaul,made the NOx emission decline significantly by 60%~70%, the flue gas temperature deviation at the exit can be main- tained effectively. The burning efficiency was not reduced while NOx emission got lowered a great deal.
