LCP联合小切口复位治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of LCP combine small cut restet on the treatment of distal tibia fracture

目的总结LCP联合小切口复位治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法对91例胫骨中下段骨折患者进行LCP联合小切口复位治疗。骨折分型:A型37例,B型29例,C型25例。对全部病例进行随访,按Johner-Wruhs功能评分法进行功能评定。结果本组91例患者伤口全部甲级愈合,骨折愈合时间12～20周,平均15.1周,无骨折不愈合或延迟愈合,无内固定断裂、松动、退出,功能评定优良率97.8%。结论对于不易闭合复位的胫骨中下段骨折,LCP联合小切口复位治疗是一种较理想的方法,骨折复位理想,骨血运破坏小,有利于骨折愈合及功能恢复。

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of LCP combine small cut reset on the treatment of dis- tal tibia fracture. Methods From August 2006 to October 2011, 91 patients of distal tibia fractures were treated by LCP combine small cut reset. The types of bone fractures.. 37 cases of Mode A, 29 cases of Mode B, 25 cases of Mode C. All patients were evaluated with Johner-Wruhs score. Results All patients were recovered with primary healing, the time of fracture heal was 12W^20W, average 15.1W, no bone fracture disunion or late healed was found, no internal fixation break, cinch or exit happened,the fine rate of functional evaluation was 97.8%. Conclusion The method of LCP com- bine small cut reset is an ideal procedure for distal tibia fractures with reduced defeat, it could profit the union of fracture and functional recovery.
