依托芬那酯凝胶治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤临床疗效观察

Clinical research on the effect of etofenamate gel on the treatment of medial collateral ligament ruptures of the knee

目的观察依托芬那酯凝胶治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法将72例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用肿痛气雾剂治疗,治疗组采用依托芬那酯凝胶治疗,观察两组临床症状和体征改善情况,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为77.8%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托芬那酯凝胶治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of etofenamate gel on the medial collateral ligament ruptures of the knee. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was trea- ted with swelling and pain aerosol, while the treatment group was treated with etofenamate gel. The effect of two course of treatment was compared later.
