理筋手法配合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病256例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sinew Adjusting Manipulation of Ho's Combined with Acupoint Injection of Nerve-root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察何氏理筋手法配合穴位注射灯盏细辛治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法对256例神经根型颈椎病患者经何氏理筋手法配合穴位注射灯盏细辛治疗后的疗效进行分析。结果 256例患者中痊愈219例,好转32例,无效5例,治愈率85.54%,总有效率98.05%。结论何氏理筋手法配合穴位注射灯盏细辛注射液治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection that is combined with breviscapine in curing nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 256 patients, who have already been clinically diagnosed as nerve- root type cervical spondylosis, were treated by sinew adjusting manipulation of Ho＇s combined with acupoint injection. Results 219 of the 256 patients have been cured, 32 of them have improved a lot and only 5 of them have been in vain, which has the total efficiency of 98.05%. Conclusion Sinew adjusting manipulation of Ho＇s combined with acupoint in- jection of breviscapine（Yunnan biological Valley Breviscapin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in Kunming Beijiao Jindian Qin- glongshan production for the 10ml/ ＊ 2 / box） to cure nerve-root type cervical spondylosis has an obvious effect.
