摘要
目的探讨微量营养素支持在治疗小儿疾病中的作用。方法随机双盲抽取我院收治患儿120例,分成A、B两组,A组针对性服用微量营养素(主要成分为锌、铁、钙及多种维生素),B组只服用安慰剂。结果经过观察发现,治疗过程中服用微量营养素后的患儿血清微量元素(Fe、Zn、Ca)缺乏明显减低,且治疗疗程明显缩短,复发率明显降低。结论营养支持(微量营养素)对儿童疾病在缩短病程、预防复发中有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the trace of nutritional support in the treatment of pediatric diseases in. Meth- ods A randomized double blind extraction in our hospital in 120.
