妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者浅静脉留置导管50例分析

Analysis of superficial vein indwelling catheter nursing of 50 gynecologic malignant tumor patients after operation

目的探讨浅静脉留置针在妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法观察留置针在50例妇科恶性肿瘤术后的应用,同时对穿刺部位、留置时间、并发症等相关内容进行分析评价。结果 50例患者行浅静脉留置针置管均为一次成功。留置时间为2～8天,平均(4.93±1.15)天。常用部位为手背和前臂。渗出和静脉炎是最常见的并发症,发生率分别为44%和30%。输注脂肪乳剂易发生渗出和静脉炎(P<0.05)。结论应用浅静脉留置管输液应注意减少并发症的发生,有利于在一定范围内延长留置时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of superficial venous indwelling needle used in patients with gyneco- logical malignant tumor after operation. Methods From 2010 May to 2011 August in our hospital gynecological ward, the indwelling needle was applied in patients with gynecological malignancies. The puncture site, catheter indwelling time and complications were observed. Results In accordance with the superficial vein indwdling needle routine operation, the average retention time was （4. 93±1.15） days. The usual site was the back of the hand and forearm. The leakage and phlebitis were the most common complications, and the incidence was 44% and 30%, respectively. Infusion of emulsions could easily lead to leakage and phlebitis （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of superficial vein indwelling catheter should pay attention to reduce the incidence of complications and to prolong indwelling time within a certain range.
