避难层消防设计探讨

Discussion on fire design of refuge floor

探讨了高层建筑中避难层消防设计的相关问题,提出消防避难层设置界限可综合建筑层数和高度两者考虑,对规范中超高层住宅未作避难层设计问题提出建议;推行消防避难间设计理念,细化避难层划分为使用区和避难间时的具体要求;提出避难电梯的设想以期最大限度满足火场人员疏散要求。

This paper discusses the design of high-rise buildings in refuge floors fire-related issues, and presents three perspec- tives for reference： First, set the boundaries of the fire refuge floors should be consolidated floors and height both considera- tion and should improve the original specification of the ultra- high-rise residential not for refuge floor design; implementation of the design concept, refine refuge floor is divided into specific requirements when using the area and refuge between fire ref- uge; put forward the idea of evacuation elevator to best meet the fire evacuation requirements.
