摘要
2012年7月24日广州市万菱汇商场B塔公寓负一层弱电管井发生火灾。由于管井内消防设施控制设备分隔保护不全面,导致火灾发生时控制设备烧毁,公寓内消防设施完全瘫痪,造成无法报警,人员疏散恐慌,虽然没有造成人员伤亡,但教训深刻。通过火灾教训改进管井内建筑和消防设施的设置,加强重点单位模块化体系管理,消除火灾隐患。
On 2012, July 24th, a fire accident happened in the weak tube well at the negative layer of Tower B apartment, Wanlinghui mall, Guangzhou. Because of the lack of compart- mentation and protection for the fire facilities control system in the tube well, the control system was destroyed in the fire, and the fire facilities were all out of action, which lead to the failure of alarming, and personnel panic. Although there was no casu- alty, but the lesson was profound. It was proposed that the building and fire facilities setting in the tube well should be im- proved, and the key unit modular system management should be strengthened, to erase the fire hazard.
