高校与企业协同创新需关注的几个问题——以哈尔滨工业大学为例

Issues in University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation: The Case of Harbin Institute of Technology

结合哈尔滨工业大学与企业多年来协同创新积累的经验,提出校企之间的协同创新,必须定位于更高的创新目标;必须强调优势互补,使整体功能大于部分功能之和;必须集中优质资源协作攻关;必须注重体制机制的改革创新,应关注建立高校与企业协同创新的长效机制。

Drawing on the experience of Harbin Institute of Technology in innovation collaborated with enterprises, the present article proposes that the university and the enterprise should aim high in their collaborative innovation, complement each other with their respective advantages to make the entire efficiency greater than the sum of its parts, overcome barriers and difficulties by integrating high quality resources and attach great importance to the reform and innovation of the system as well as the long-term mechanism of their collaborative innovation.
