Improving clinical teaching capacity is an active demand to strengthen the construction of talent team and adapt to the medical education reform,and an important task of continuing medical education for regimental military hospital.This article explored improving clinical teaching capacity of regimental military hospital by the way of consummating the clinical teaching management system,improving the quality of clinical teaching,and strengthening the clinical teaching support conditions.
