留置尿管放置及拔管技巧对剖宫产术后产妇的影响

Influence of indwelling catheter placement and extubation skills on maternal after undergoing cesarean section

[目的]探讨留置尿管放置及拔管技巧对剖宫产术后产妇的影响。[方法]将180例剖宫产择期手术病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例,对照组采取常规护理及拔管,观察组采用改良的尿管放置及拔管方法。比较两组病人留置尿管舒适度、拔除尿管时的疼痛感、拔除尿管后尿路刺激征发生情况。[结果]观察组病人留置尿管舒适度优于对照组,拔除尿管时的疼痛感、拔除尿管后尿路刺激征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通过改良留置尿管的护理及拔管方法,可降低病人的不舒适感及拔管时的疼痛感,同时降低拔管后尿路刺激征的发生率。

Objective： To probe into influence of indwelling catheter placement and extubation skills on maternal after undergoing cesarean section. Methods：A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 90 cases in each. The observation group patients adopted the improved catheter placement and tracheal extubation methods, while the control group patients received conventional nursing and tracheal extubation, then to compare the occurrence of indwelling catheter comfort, pain during catheter removal, urinary tract irritation after catheter remov- al. Results： indwelling catheter comfort of observation group patients was better than that of control group, incidence of pain during catheter removal and urinary tract irritation after catheter removal was lower than that of the control group （P ~ 0. 05）. Conclusion： Improved indwelling catheter placement and extubation skills can not only relieve the discomfort and pain during catheter removal, but also reduce the incidence of urinary tract irritation.
