纤维袋法测定饼粕类饲料原料中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量的研究 被引量:16

摘要 为探讨用纤维袋测定饼粕类饲料原料中中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量的方法,试验选取新疆本地几种饼粕类饲料原料,以ANKOM技术所测结果为参照,通过测定过程当中的消煮时间、淀粉酶的添加量、是否添加无水亚硫酸钠和是否需脱脂等对处理条件进行优选。结果表明,与半自动纤维分析仪ANKOM测定值最接近的中性洗涤纤维处理条件为消煮时间1h,添加无水亚硫酸钠1g·100mL-1,无需添加ANKOM酶,不需要脱脂处理(豆粕需用丙酮浸泡12h),消煮后均需用丙酮淋洗,测定酸性洗涤纤维以连续洗涤为宜。 To explore fiber bags method for determination content of the neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and the acid detergent fiber (ADF) in the feed. In the experiment, based on the ANKOM technology resul, Sinkiang local meal type feeds were selected to measure content of NDF and ADF by fiber bag tO optimize the processing condi- tions by determining digestion time, adding amount of amylase, whether to add anhydrous sodium sulfite and wheth- er to be degreased in the processing conditions. The results showed that, the processing conditions of NDF and ADF detemination of feed by fiber bags is digestion time of 1 hour; added sodium sulfite anhydrous I g. 100 mL-~; not added ANKOM enzym; degreasing treatment is not required (soybean was soaked in acetone for 12h); digestion must be rinsed with acetone. ADF valuesmeasured in continuous washing are appropriate, is closest to the measured value through use of ANKOM method
