摘要
姜黄素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、促消化等多种生理活性,对人畜几乎无毒,许多研究表明姜黄素具有提高畜禽生长性能、改善肉品质等良好特性。文章论述了姜黄素的主要生理活性及姜黄素作为饲料添加剂在肉鸡生产中的应用研究情况。
Curcumin was found to possess a lots of physiological activity, which as anti-inflammatory, antioxi- dant, antibiosis and promoting digestion function, and virtually non-toxic to human arid animals. Many studies showed that curcumin could improve livestock and poultry growth performance,~ improve the meat quality and other good characteristics. The recent studies in physiological activity of curcumin and the application of curcumin in broilers production were mainly reviewed in this paper.
