益生菌发酵中草药复方防治鸡球虫病研究

Study of Recipe of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fermented by Probiotics on Chicken Coccidiosis

研究旨在探讨益生菌发酵中草药防治鸡球虫病的效果。将210只鸡分成7组,分别为不感染不给药组(阳性对照组)、感染不给药组(阴性对照组)、西药组、中药复方组、乳酸菌发酵复方组、芽孢菌发酵复方组、酵母菌发酵复方组7组。结果显示,攻毒后,7组平均血便值依次为0、1.667、0.333、1、1.667、1、1.667,相对增重率依次为100%、54.2%、80.2%、76.3%、60.4%、74.8%、74.2%,死亡率依次为0、40%、10%、30%、30%、50%、20%,抗球虫指数依次为200、48.2、115.2、78.3、63.4、54.8、109.2。试验结果表明,酵母发酵复方组防治鸡球虫效果优于其余各给药组,略低于西药组。

To investigate the recipe of traditional Chinese medicine fermented by prohiotics on chicken coccid- iosis. Two hundred mad ten chickens were divided into seven groups which were positive control group, negative con- trol group, western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine group fermented by probiotics（Lacto- bacillus, BaciUuson, Yeast）. The results showed that the average blood stool value, the relative weight gain rate, mor- tality rate and ACI of seven groups were 0, 1.667, 0.333, 1, 1.667, 1, 1.667; 100%, 54.2%, 80.2%, 76.3%, 60.4%, 74.8%, 74.2%; 0, 40%, 10%, 30%, 30%, 50%, 20%; 200, 48.2, 115.2, 78.3, 63.4, 54.8, 109.2, So Chinese medicine group fermented by Yeast was relatively better than other groups, but slightly lower than western medicine group.
