植物蛋白酶抑制子的抗病性研究 被引量：1

摘要 蛋白酶抑制子与蛋白酶活性中心结合使蛋白酶失去水解肽键的能力。植物蛋白酶抑制子可直接作用于病原微生物,提高植物的抗病性。更重要的是,蛋白酶抑制子是重要的植物抗病信号调节组分,在植物程序性细胞坏死中起着重要的作用。
