中医辨证治疗反流性食管炎94例临床观察

Clinical observation of reflux esophagitis patients treated by the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation

目的观察中医辨证治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将180例反流性食管炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组94例予中药辨证治疗,对照组86例予奥美拉唑、枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,2组均4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效及药物的不良反应。结果 2组临床疗效、内镜疗效比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗反流性食管炎与西药具有同等疗效,但具有副作用少的优势。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients. Methods 180 reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into two groups ： control group of 86 people and treatment group of 94 people. The former received Omeprazole and Mosapride, the latter received traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The efficacy before and after treatment and adverse drug re- actions were observed. Results There was no difference between two groups on clinical efficacy and endoscopic effect （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse drug reaction rate of the treatment group was relatively lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and western medicine has same effect on the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients. It had the advantage of fewer side effects.
