橘核莪术颗粒治疗慢性附睾炎30例临床观察

Investigation of Powder of Tangerine seed and Curcuma zedoary on chronic epididymitis

目的观察橘核莪术颗粒治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性附睾炎按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例采用常规保守治疗,治疗组30例在常规保守治疗的基础上加用橘核莪术颗粒治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组总有效率为79.3%,对照组总有效率为58.6%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组慢性附睾炎症状指数(CESI)治疗后缓解幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论橘核莪术颗粒治疗慢性附睾炎疗效确切,CESI在慢性附睾炎的诊断中有一定的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Powder of Tangerine seed and Curcuma zedoary on chronic epididymitis. Methods 60 cases of chronic epididymitis were divided into two groups with random number table. 30 cases in control group were treated by conventional conservative treatment （ main measures of antibiotics and anti - inflammatory drugs）. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by Powder of Tangerine seed and Curcuma zedoary on the basis of control group treatment for four weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was respectively 79.3% and 58.6%. Clinical effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Remission degree of chronic epididymitis symptom index in treatment group was superior to that of con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Powder of Tangerine seed and Curcuma zedoary has definite effect on chronic epididymitis, CESI in the diagnosis of chronic epididymitis have some value.
