益气补血片防治非小细胞肺癌GP方案化疗引起骨髓抑制的临床研究

Clinical study of Yiqi Buxue tablets on bone marrow suppression caused by GP regimen chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察益气补血片在非小细胞肺癌GP方案(吉西他宾+顺铂)治疗过程中对骨髓的保护作用。方法将72例功能状态评分(PS)0～2分初治的中、晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例采用GP方案联合益气补血片治疗,对照组37例单纯采用GP方案化疗。2组3周为1个化疗周期,3个化疗周期后观察血常规及骨髓象。结果 2组治疗后白细胞计数、红细胞计数及血小板计数均有不同程度的下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后红细胞计数、血小板计数高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后白细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组骨髓抑制发生率40.0%,对照组骨髓抑制发生率81.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论益气补血片对化疗引起的骨髓抑制具有保护作用,特别是对红细胞及血小板更具有明显保护作用。

Objective To observe protective effect of the Yiqi Buxue tablets on bone marrow in the treat- ment process of non - small cell lung cancer with GP regimen （ gemeitabine ＋ cisplatin）. Methods 72 eases with functional status（PS） score 0 -2 at the beginning treatment of the middle - late non - small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group（ 35 eases） received the GP regimen combined with Yiqi Buxue tablets. 37 cases of the control group only received the chemotherapy of GP regimen. For two groups, 3 weeks was a chemotherapy cycle. The blood routine and bone marrow was observed after three cycles of chemotherapy. Results After treatment, white blood cell counts, red blood cell counts and platelet counts decreased in varying de- grees in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; red blood cell counts and platelet counts of treatment group were higher than those of the control group（P 〈0.05） ,there were no statistically significant difference between two groups on the white blood cell counts （P 〉 0.05 ）. Incidence of bone marrow suppression in treatment group was 40.0% , the control group was 81.1%, there was statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, that of treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions Yiqi Buxue tablets play a protective role on chemotherapy - induced bone marrow suppression,in particular, has a significant protective effect on red blood cells and platelets.
