摘要
用活性艳红KN-5B、活性黑KN—B和活性红B-3BF染色双蛋白纤维混纺纱线,探讨了染色温度、Na2CO,和NaCl用量、染料用量对K/S值的影响,测试了染色纱线加碱固色前后的K/S值和固着速率曲线.结果表明:活性艳红KN-5B、活性黑KN—B和活性红B-3BF分别在60~70℃、40~60℃和50~80℃温度下,Na2CO3用量2-4g/L,NaCl用量30g/L,固色时间30min左右时,可获得较好的染色效果.
Three reactive dyes namely reactive red brilliant KN-5B, black KN-B and red B-3BF were selected to dye double protein blending yarn. The effects of dyeing temperature, quantity of sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and dye on K/S value of the dyed yarn were investigated. The K/S values and fixation rate of three reactive dyes on double protein blending yarn before and after adding sodium carbonate were also tested. The results showed that the optimal fixation effect could be obtained under the follow process: sodium carbonate 2-4 g/L, sodium sulfate 30 g/L, reactive red brilliant KN-5B, black KN-B and red B-3BF dyeing at 60-70 ℃, 40-60 ℃ and 50N80 ℃ for 30 min, respectively.
