摘要
摇振是造纸机中提高成纸物理指标的一个重要手段,但随着纸机运行速度的逐渐提高,传统的摇振机越来越不能满足使用要求。随着自平衡高频摇振机的出现,由于拥有无反作用力的特点,可以使摇振在高速长网及叠网纸机上的使用成为现实,并对成纸质量有着明显的改善作用。本文分析了自平衡高频摇振机的原理与应用。
The SHAKE is an important means to improve the physical index of finished paper among all the paper machineries. But because of the increasing operational speed, it becomes more and more difficult for conventional SHAKEs to meet with the producing requirements. However, with the emerging of self-balanced high frequency SHAKEs, being free from counter-force, it becomes reality that SHAKEs can be used to high-speed fourdrinier and multi-fourdrinier paper machines, having apparent effect to the quality of finished paper. In this article was analyzed the principles and applications of self-balanced high frequency SHAKEs.
