64排螺旋CT血管造影在后循环缺血诊断中的应用

The value of CT angiography in Intracranial and cervical arteries in patients with posterior circulation ischemia

目的:探讨多层CT血管成像(MSCTA)在后循环缺血(PCI)诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法:对98例临床诊断为后循环缺血患者行头颈部CTA检查,分析患者血管病变和PCI的关系。结果:98例患者中87例(88.78%)存在后循环血管病变,其中后循环狭窄或闭塞64例(73.56%),后循环其他病变(发育不全、扭曲延长、夹层、骨质压迫)23例(26.44%)。结论:后循环血管病变是后循环缺血的主要原因,头颈部CTA能清晰显示患者的血管情况,对后循环缺血的诊断和治疗具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of multi -slice CT angiography（MSCTA） in the diagnosis and treat- ment for posterior circulation iscbomia（PCI）. Methods 98 patients with posterior circulation isehemia were examined by CTA in head and neck region in order to analyze the relationship between vascular lesions and PCI patients. Results 98 patients, 87 cases （88.78%） had posterior circulation vascular lesions, among them, posterior circulatioa stenosis or occlusion in 64 cases（ 73.56% ）, 23 cases （26.44%） patients with posterior circulation other lesions （dysplasia, twisted and prolong, sandwich, bone compression）. Conclusion The most common cause of PCI is the vascular lesions, CTA in intracranial and cervical arteries can clearly display vascular lesions in patients with posterior circulation isehemia, is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment.
