有机磷中毒急救护理54例临床分析

目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOIP)的急救与护理,探讨应用解毒剂、复能剂与积极的护理措施后是否可提高治愈率。方法:对54例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料进行回顾性分性。结果:54例患者中轻、中度中毒者全部治愈,重度中毒患者死亡1例,抢救成功率98.15%。结论:对急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行争分夺秒的抢救与细心护理至关重要,可明显提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the emergency treatment and nursing of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and application of antidote,complex agent and active nursing measures can improve the cure rate. Methods Selected 2010 ~ 2012,the clinical data of 54 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Results 54 eases in patients with mild and moderate poisoning all cured, patients with severe poisoning death in 1 case,and the rescue success rate of 98.15%. Conclusion In patients with acute organophosphorus pesti- cide poisoning were racing against time to rescue and carefully nursing is essential ,can obviously improve the cure rate.
