摘要
目的了解某造船改建项目存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测及职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、臭氧、粉尘(电焊烟尘、金属粉尘)、物理因素(噪声、高温、紫外辐射)等。其中锰及其无机化合物、电焊烟尘、噪声存在超标,其余各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论通过有效的整改措施,把职业病危害风险控制在可接受的范围内,综合评价合格。
Objective To investigate the main occupational hazards in a shipbuilding reconstruction project, and to pro- vide a basis for developing preventive measures of occupational diseases. Methods The methods of occupational hygiene inves- tigation, workplace occupational hazards monitoring and occupational health examinations were applied for comprehensive evalu- ation. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, ozone, dust (welding fumes and metal dust), physical factors (noise, high temperature, and ultraviolet radiation), etc. The levels of the manganese and its inorganic compounds, welding fumes and noise exceeded the limits, while the concentrations of the rest toxic substances were in line with the limit values of the national standard. Conclusions The risk of occupational hazards is controlled in the acceptable range through the effective reforming measures, and the result of the comprehensive evalu- ation is qualified.
