摘要
目的了解某高分子医用制品项目存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测以及基于国际化学品控制工具箱的职业病危害风险评价方法进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在粉尘、噪声、丙烯酸、甲醇、高温、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺等职业病危害因素,除噪声强度超标外(最高93.4 dB(A)),其他岗位工人接触的丙烯酸、甲醇、高温均低于国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,噪声超标岗位与N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺接触人员应加强个体防护。
Objective To investigate the main occupational hazards existed in a project of medical polymer products, and to provide a basis for developing precautionary measures of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene investiga- tion, workplace occupational hazards monitoring and risk assessment of occupational hazards based on the International Chemical Control Toolkit were applied for comprehensive evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were dust, noise, acrylic acid, methanol, high temperature and N, N - dimethyl acrylamide. The noise intensity exceeded the exposure lim- its and was up to 93.4 dB (A), while the concentrations of acrylic acid and methanol, and the intensity of high temperature were lower than the limit values of the national standard. Conclusions The prevention and control measures to the occupational hazards of the project are feasible and effective; however, individual protection should be strengthened for the workers exposed to over standard noise, and N, N - dimethyl acrylamide contacts.
