微创穿刺术治疗脑出血的价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨微创穿刺术治疗临界开颅手术指征的自发性脑出血患者的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年4月经头颅CT检查证实幕上出血量介于25~35mL、中线结构无明显偏移的自发性脑出血患者85例,并将其随机分为两组,手术组44例采用微创手术治疗,对照组41例采用内科保守治疗,治疗30d后,比较两组患者的预后情况。结果手术组患者预后明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创穿刺术能促进自发性脑出血患者的神经功能恢复,且不增加并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。
