AFABP与2型糖尿病相关性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes,T2D)的发病率明显增加,严重影响人们的生活质量。胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)和葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌(glu-cose stimulated insulin secretion,GSIS)受损是导致T2D发展的2个主要因素。脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyte fatty acid binding protein,AFABP)作为小分子量脂肪酸结合蛋白超家族的一员,不仅调控脂肪细胞的分化。
