摘要
探讨强力稀化粘素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法 :将 10 0例患者随机分成两组 ,A组给予强力稀化粘素 15d(成人 :30 0mg ,儿童 :12 0mg ,tid ,po)。B组给予舍雷肽酶 15d(10mg ,tid ,po)。结果 :A组的总有效率 90 .0 % ,B组总有效率 5 8.0 %。两组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :强力稀化粘素对慢性鼻窦炎疗效较好 ,有一定应用价值。
Objective:To study the effect of gelomyrtol forte on chronic sinusitis. Method:100 patients with chronic sinusitis wre randomly divided into two groups. Gelomyrtol forte was given in group A for 15 days (adult:300 mg,tid,po; child:120 mg,tid,po). Serrapeptase was given in group B (10 mg,tid,po). Result:The total effective rate of group A was 90%, the that of group B was 58%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:It was benefit in the patients of chronic sinusitis wtih gelomyrtol forte.
