电解电容器在节能灯上的应用及国际国内厂商对比(下)

摘要 节能灯在使用上有一些特殊的要求,来抵抗严酷的应用条件。针对这六大电性能要求,该文运用详细的解释和分析,给出了一些有效的对策措施。同时,笔者介绍了电解电容器的市场趋势和元器件试验,节能灯的绿色制造和整灯应用试验,最后以3 000h/130℃的高温加速寿命试验结果来比较日本供应商和我国供应商的质量水准,希望国内的元器件供应商在市场竞争中能不断壮大,最终赶上日本供应商。 CFL had some special demands to resist the severe using conditions.In view of these 6 electrical characteristics requirements,this paper used detailed explanations and analysis,and gave out some effective countermeasures.At the same time,the writer introduced electrolytic capacitors' market tendency and components test,CFL's green manufacture and lamps application test.At last,he used 3 000h/130℃ high temperature accelerating load life test results to compare the quality level between Japan suppliers and Chinese local suppliers,and hoped locals should become stronger in market competition,and finally catch up with Japanese.
