电控柴油机在海洋钻井平台上的应用

Application of the Electronic Diesel Engine for Offshore Drilling Rig

介绍了CAT3500B系列电控柴油机的电子控制单体喷油器(MEUI)燃油系统,及CAT3500B系列电控柴油机的主要结构特点;就其在石油钻机上应用优势作了分析。实际应用表明,由于电控柴油机具有节省燃油,可靠性高,排放低及维护要求低等优势,其在海洋钻井上的应用具有很强的竞争力。

The MEUI fuel system for Caterpillar 3500 B series electronic engines, as well as the main structure features of Cat3500 B series electronic engines are introduced. The application advantages of the machine for offshore drilling rig are analyzed. The application results indicate that the engine is very com- petitive in the application of offshore drilting rig, because of its features such as fuel saving, higher relia- bility, low emissions and easy maintenance.
