摘要
通过对石墨型铸造大型合金钢齿轮的工艺研制及性能测试表明:石墨型铸造工艺较一般铸钢件工艺出品高,可避免水玻璃砂残渣对环境的污染,铸件组织致密,各项性能达到或超过锻件指标,是一种低成本、高效率、节能环保的铸造方法;可替代传统锻钢件,用于内燃机等大型工程机械的齿轮、飞轮等的制造。
Large alloy steel gear is normally produced by forgings or sodium silicate mould casting. Through the technological research and performance test of large alloy steel gear produced by graphite mould casting, it is shown that this technology is more productive compared with normal cast steel tech- nology, more environment-friendly which can avoide the environment pollution from residue of sodium sil- icate. Moreover, the metal microstructure of the product is compact, and has reached or exceeded the forging' s performance. The technology is a low cost, highly efficient, energy saving and environment- friendly casting method. It can replace the traditional forging steel parts, and be applicable in the manu- facturing of gear and fly wheel used on big engineering machines such as ICE.
