Introduced the advantages of supereritical fluids in polymer processing, the mechanisnl and steps of residual monomer and volatiles removal process, especially the application, effect and development of supercritical fluids in the reduction of residual monomer and volatile organic compounds in polymers. Meanwhile, the optimization and economic evaluation of the process were also discussed.
